44-HomooIigomycin A is an antitumor antibiotic. 44-Homooligomycin A has activity against fungi such as Aspergillus, Penicillium and Fusarium, but not against yeast and bacteria. 44-Homooligomycin A has moderate anti-tumor activity against Colon 26 in vivo[1].
