5-AF594 tyramide is a red fluorescent dye (Ex=590 nm, Em=618 nm) . 5-AF594 tyramide is utilized as reporter fluorescent substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -catalyzed deposition for tyramide signal amplification (TSA) . 5-AF594 tyramide can be used for multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) [1].
