Protein AF-10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MLLT10 gene. This gene encodes a transcription factor and has been identified as a partner gene involved in several chromosomal rearrangements resulting in various leukemias. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

This AF10 antibody is available for research use only.

After reconstitution, the AF10 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4°C. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

0.5 mg/mL if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water

Optimal dilution of the AF10 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
