Aminoguanidine-13C, 15N4

Aminoguanidine-13C,15N4 (Pimagedine-13C,15N4) is the 13C- and 15N-labeled Aminoguanidine. Aminoguanidine (Pimagedine hydrochloride) is an inhibitor of diamine oxidase and nitric oxide synthase. Aminoguanidine has a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on apoptosis induced by Doxorubicin (HY-15142). Aminoguanidine has antioxidant properties. Aminoguanidine can be used in diabetic nephropathy research[1][2][3][4].
