Anaplasma p44

Source: Escherichia Coli. Sterile Filtered solution. Anaplasma p44 which belongs to the outer membrane antigen superfamily (OMP1/Msp2/p44), is a serodiagnostic antigen for HGA. Anaplasma p44 allows the bacterium to adhere to the host cell and prevents host immune surveillance. Recombinant Anaplasma p44 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 46kDa. Anaplasma p44 is expressed with a -10x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Anaplasma p44 is supplied at a 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 150mM NaCl and 40% Sucrose (w/v) .

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
