Ara h 1 is found in 95% of peanut allergic patients from North America. Nevertheless, peanut-allergic patients of European populations have fewer sensitizations to Ara h 1.Recombinant Allergen Ara h 1.0101 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 63,484 Dalton. Ara h 1.0101 is expressed with a 9xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Ara h 1.0101 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.9 and 6M Urea.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
