Accordingly, C10ORF54 supports the differentiation of ESC and ehhances BMP4 induced signaling in ESC, however C10ORF54 is also down regulated following to BMP4 exposure.C10ORF54 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (33-191a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.8kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa) .C10ORF54 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
