C3a sntibody binds to a strong band at about 9 kDa (c3a), two weaker bands with one at about 115 kDa (C3 alpha) and the other at 36-50 kDa (unknown or partial C3 cleavage) . The product may cross react with C3a from other mammalian species.
This antibody can be used at 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 for both ELISA and immunoblot testing.
