May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Recognizes endogenous levels of both full length caspase-6 (35kD) and the small subunit of caspase-6 resulting from cleavage at aspartic acid 193 (15kD). Does not recognize other caspases. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and rat.
