For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Detects endogenous levels of the pro form of caspase-9 as well as cleaved fragments. Human: 47/37/35kD and mouse and rat: 51/39/37kD. Species Crossreactivity: Human, mouse, monkey, hamster and rat.
