CCDC43 Recombinant eiwit

Source : E.coli. CCDC43 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 247 amino acids (1-224) and having a molecular mass of 27kDa. CCDC43 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 43 (CCDC43) which is a member of the CCDC43 family is a human protein whose function is currently not understood. Coding sequence diversity are two isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Isoform 1 has been chosen as the 'canonical' sequence.

Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The CCDC43 solution (0.25mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 20% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
