The 61D3 monclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD14, a co-receptor for bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) . It is expressed on some dendritic cells, monocytes, and neutrophils. CD14 is involved in the body’s innate immune response and cytokine expression in monocytes and neutrophils.
