Recognizes the 130-140kD protein, PECAM-1 found on mouse monocytes, platelets, granulocytes and endothelial cells. Effectively inhibits transmigration of activated polymorphonuclear cells and monocytes across the endothelium. In a mouse model for acute peritonis, blocks acute inflammation
