CD3G Recombinant eiwit

Source : E.coli. CD3G Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 117 amino acids (23-116a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 13.1kDa. CD3G is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CD3-gamma polypeptide is encoded by CD3 Gamma (CD3G) which together with CD3-epsilon, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, configures the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. The T-cell receptor-CD3 complex takes part in coupling antigen recognition to numerous intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The genes encoding the epsilon, gamma and delta polypeptides are located in the same cluster on chromosome 11. Deficiencies in this gene are associated with T cell immunodeficiency.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

CD3G protein solution (1mg/mL) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M urea and 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
