The recombinant mouse CD47 consists of 133 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of mouse SIRPA is approximately 34-44 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
