This recombinant antibody was prepared by cloning the single chain fragment (scFv) derived from the murine anti-human CD64 mAb m22 into the bacterial expression vector pBM1.1, and fusing it to a deletion mutant of Pseudomonas exotoxin A (ETA') .

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
