Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes mouse Claudin-3 at 22kD. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse liver and lung tissue extract and canine MDCK and human MCF-7 cell lysates by Western Blot and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embeddedd human normal colon and colon cancer tissues by Immunohistochemistry.
