COPZ1 Recombinant eiwit

COPZ1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 197 amino acids (1-177a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.3kDa. The COPZ1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. COPZ1 is a member of the adaptor complexes small subunit family. Coatomer is an oligomeric complex which contains as a minimum the alpha, beta, beta', gamma, delta, epsilon and zeta subunits. The zeta subunit has a part in regulating the coat assembly and, therefore, the rate of biosynthetic protein transport due to its association-dissociation properties with the coatomer complex.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The COPZ1 solution (1mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl.

COPZ1 should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
