Cor a 1.0401 is a hazelnut allergen from Corylus avellana.Recombinant Cor a 1.0401 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 18,952 Dalton. Cor a 1.0401 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Cor a 1.0401 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.9 and 6M Urea.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
