Sensitization to Cor a 14.0101 may cause a severe allergic reaction, mainly in children.Recombinant 2S albumin produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 14kDa.Cor a 14.0101 is expressed with a 6xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Cor a 14.0101 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
