Maintain frozen at -20 degree C in undiluted aliquots for up to six months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Human cyclic AMP responsive element binding protein-1 (CREB-1, p43). By Western blot it shows a major band at 46kD when assayed against a lysate of 1x10e6 Raji B cells. Minor bands at 75kD and 43kD may be noted. Partial reactivity to CREM-1 protein. May react non-specifically with other proteins. Species Crossreactivity: Human, rat, mouse.
