The CTNNBIP1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CTNNBIP1 binds CTNNB1 and avoids interaction between CTNNB1 and TCF (T-cell transcription factor) family members. CTNNBIP1 is a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway.
