The DARPP-32 (Phospho-Thr34) Phospho Sandwich ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate- free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect DARPP-32 protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cell lysates. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated DARPP-32 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on DARPP-32 phosphorylation.
