Dihydro-ergotamine

Dihydroergotamine (DFN-19) is a semisynthetic, hydrogenated ergot alkaloid. Dihydroergotamine can cause vasoconstriction by stimulating alpha-adrenergic and 5-HT2A receptors. Dihydroergotamine can be used in the research of migraine[1].
