Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Dickkopf-related protein 3 (DKK3) belongs to the DKK protein family including Dkk-1, 2, 3 and -4. DKK3 is a 350 amino acid secreted glycoprotein which is comprised of an N-terminal signal peptide and 2 conserved cysteine-rich domains that are separated by a 12 amino acid linker region. DKK3 is involved in embryonic development through its inhibition of the WNT signaling pathway. DKK3 gene expression is decreased in a variety of cancer cell lines and it may act as a tumor suppressor gene.DKK3 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 338 amino acids (22-350a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa) .DKK3 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

DKK3 protein solution (0.5mg/mL) contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
