Source : Sf9 insect cells. DLST is a Full-length cDNA coding for the mature form of the human OGDC-E2 protein having a molecular mass of 43.9 kDa. DLST protein is fused to a 6 His tag. DLST catalyzes the general transformation of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO (2) . DLST holds multiple copies of 3 enzymatic components: 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3) .

DLST was found to be greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

DLST (0.5mg/mL) is supplied in 20mM Tris, 300 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 and 10% glycerol.

Store DLST at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
