Aliquots are stable at -20 degree C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Recognizes rat Endothelin A Receptor at ~39kD. Tested using endothelin A receptor transfected COS cells for the expression of the 39kD segment of the cytoplasmic region of the receptor. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and sheep.
