Epireguline Antilichaam / EREG

EREG is a member of the epidermal growth factor family. EREG can function as a ligand of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), as well as a ligand of most members of the ERBB (v-erb-b2 oncogene homolog) family of tyrosine-kinase receptors.

Aliquot the Epiregulin antibody and store frozen at -20°C or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

In 1X PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.09% sodium azide

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Epiregulin antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
