The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.8 μg/mL in the presence of 0.6 μg/mL Anti-ErbB2/Her2 Monoclonal Antibody (Routinely tested) . 3.Immobilized Recombinant Cynomolgus HER2 / ErbB2 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) (Cat: 90295-C02H) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-HER2 (Research Grade Pertuzu*mab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 13.7 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .
