The recombinant mouse FCGR1 consists of 284 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 32 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm FCGR1 is approximately 45-50 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 40-50 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
