Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the apoptosis related protein designated FLIP (FLICE inhibitory protein).FLIP interacts with the adaptor protein FADD and with Caspase-8 (FLICE) and Caspase-10 (FLICE2) to inhibit apoptosis induced by death receptors including CD95, DR3, TRAIL-R and TNFR1.FLIP exists in 2 forms, FLIPs (short) and FLIPL (long). Recognizes only FLIPL. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse only
