Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.Flt3-Ligand Porcine Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids and having a molecular mass of approximately 17.3kDa. Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The protein is lyophilized with 10mM Sodium Phosphate pH-7.5.It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-L in sterile 18M Omega -cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized Porcine Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt3-Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
