Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight405 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes Phospho-lamban phosphorylated (Ser16) (5-25kD). Additional non-specific bands may be detected at 75 and 100kD in some lysates. Species Crossreactivity: bovine
