Source: Sf9 insect cells.Sterile Filtered clear solution.Allergen Fra e 1.0101 (Fra e 1.0101) causes an allergic reaction in humans.Recombinant Allergen Fra e 1.0101 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 17,794 Dalton. Fra e 1.0101 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Fra e 1.0101 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.9 and 6M Urea.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
