GABARAPL2 Recombinant eiwit

Source : Escherichia Coli. GABARAPL2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 137 amino acids (1-117a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.8kDa. GABARAPL2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GABARAPL2 takes part in intra Golgi traffic and modulates intra Golgi transport by coupling between NSF activity and SNAREs activation. GABARAPL2 first stimulates the ATPase activity of NSF which in turn stimulates the association with GOSR1.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The GABARAPL2 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
