The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human GCHFR

GTP cyclohydrolase I feedback regulatory protein binds to and mediates tetrahydrobiopterin inhibition of GTP cyclohydrolase I. The regulatory protein, GCHFR, consists of a homodimer. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
