Na+K+–ATPase (red blood cell) is commonly studied in biochemical and cellular metabolism research to quantify pathway activity and characterize functional changes during disease, stress, or drug treatment. This microplate-based assay kit is designed for convenient measurement of Na+K+–ATPase (red blood cell) activity in biological samples such as cell and tissue lysates, cultured cells, and other research matrices. Enzyme activity measurements are useful for pathway mapping, inhibitor screening, functional validation, and comparing metabolic states across experimental conditions. The assay is supplied with ready-to-use reagents and a straightforward workflow that generates a measurable signal proportional to analyte level or activity, compatible with standard microplate readers. Shipped at Room Temperature or in gel pack to maintain temperature at 2-8 degrees Celsius
The kit (2-8 Degree Celsius) and its components are to be stored as indicated in the IFU (instructions for use) . To ensure quality of your results, if all the wells in the kit are not being used, store the unused wells in the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, well sealed and store at the indicated temperature. Similary aliquot and store the reconstituted standard at -20 Degree Celsius for long term storage (maximum 6 months from reconstitution) and to avoid deterioration in the activity.
