GKN3P Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Met21-Leu181) containing 171 amino acids including a 10 aa His tag at N-terminus. The total calculated molecular mass is 19.4kDa. Gastrokine 3 (GKN3P) is a Pseudogene, which May inhibit gastric epithelial cell proliferation.

GKN3P filtered (0.4μm) solution at a concentration of 0.3mg/mL in 0.03M acetate buffer, pH 4.0 and 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
