Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP)
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Recognizes wild type, recombinant and enhanced forms of GFP (eGFP). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-biotin and puri?ed and partially puri?ed Green Fluorescent Protein (Aequorea victoria) serum. No reaction was observed against human, mouse and rat serum proteins.
