The GSK3 beta (Phospho-Ser9) Phospho Sandwich ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate- free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect GSK3 beta protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cell lysates. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated GSK3 beta in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on GSK3 beta phosphorylation.
