The recombinant Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1) ) Hemagglutinin / HA-specific B cell probe consists of 577 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 64.13 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 74.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
