Immobilized Anti-Influenza HA (Research Grade Clone CR9114) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Influenza A H5N1 HA Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 40945-V49H-B), the EC50 is 3-10 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/Cambodia/NPH230032/2023) (H5N1) ) Hemagglutinin consists of 570 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 64.84 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 98.7, 54.9, 35.6 and 33 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.The molecular weight of this protein is around 235.8 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
