Immobilized Anti-Influenza HA (Research Grade Clone CR9114) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Influenza B HA trimer Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 40498-V49H12-B), the EC50 is 3-10 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant Hemagglutinin of Influenza virus B (B/PHUKET/3073/2013) consists of 605 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 65.24 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 90 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 237.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
