The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/Darwin/9/2021) (H3N2) ) Hemagglutinin / HA comprises 558 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 62.34 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 80-90 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 239.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
