The recombinant Influenza B (B/Brisbane/60/2008) Hemagglutinin / HA comprises 574 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 61.94 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 73.2 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 234.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
