The recombinant Influenza B (B/Austria/1359417/2021) Hemagglutinin consists of 538 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 58.62 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 85.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 224.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
