Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Recognizes human HDAC3 at 49kD. Species crossreactivity: mouse and rat. Expected to crossreact with chicken based on sequence identity.
