HDHD1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 248 amino acids (1-228 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 27.4kDa. The HDHD1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 1A (HDHD1A) is a member of the adiponutrin family. HDHD1A is interesting because it is an X-linked gene that escapes X-inactivation. HDHD1A is particularly important in the perception of human X chromosome structural organization as well as the mechanism of X-inactivation.

The HDHD1 solution (1 mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol,0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
