Recognizes human Heat Shock Protein 32 (Heme Oxygenase-1, HO-1). Species Crossreactivity: rat spleen, liver and testis, Madin-Darby bovine (MDBK) kidney cells and mouse RAW 264.7 cells following stimulation with gamma interferon and lipopolysaccharide. Does not react with canine (MDCK) kidney cells.
