For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Recognizes endogenous levels of human total histone H2A protein, 14kD. Does not crossreact with other histones. Species Crossreactivity: mouse, monkey, rat and zebrafish.
